999ra Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999ra ("999ra", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://999ra.org and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised versions thereof ("Platform").

By registering an account on the 999ra Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any part of the 999ra Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand these Terms; and (c) you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read together with, the 999ra Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

999ra reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the 999ra Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is non-negotiable regardless of any local legislation that may set a lower threshold.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise restricted from accessing online gambling services under the terms of any prior agreement with 999ra or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You have not previously had a 999ra account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a territory in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local statute in a manner that would make your use of the Platform unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

999ra employs age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification — at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

To access the full functionality of the 999ra Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 999ra at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid, personal email address that you own and actively monitor
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (for verification and two-factor authentication)
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above
• A secure password meeting the Platform's minimum complexity requirements

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

999ra is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification on all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be required at any other point at 999ra's discretion. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani players include:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport
• NICOP (National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis) where applicable

Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 999ra may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999ra account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 999ra will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 999ra of any suspected unauthorised access via [email protected].

All financial transactions on the 999ra Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999ra does not charge conversion fees on PKR transactions. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 999ra balance within seconds of confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 10–30 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 999ra reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request.
• Bonus-derived funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

4.3 Currency & Fees

999ra does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction charges independently of 999ra. PKR is the sole account currency. Crypto deposits in USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

999ra offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of promotion, in addition to the following general bonus terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") specified at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-related funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus balance or associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering bonus funds. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may be voided at 999ra's discretion.
• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and device. Claiming multiple bonuses through the registration of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• 999ra reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited in error, 999ra reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the affected account.

By placing bets or participating in any game on the 999ra Platform, you agree to abide by the individual game rules as published within each game interface, as well as the following general conduct standards.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellation or modification of a placed bet is permitted after confirmation, except where expressly stated in the specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnection, or software failure — 999ra will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and honour the outcome. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes refunded at 999ra's discretion.
• Live sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed by the system are the odds that apply to your wager.
• PSL match odds and cricket in-play markets are governed by 999ra's sportsbook rules, which are published separately within the sports betting section of the Platform.
• You agree not to exploit errors, bugs, or loopholes in any game or the Platform infrastructure. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a known bug are void and may be reversed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999ra Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 999ra, whether under your own identity or under any other identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated abuse across multiple Players.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in live poker or coordinating bets in sportsbook markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the 999ra Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Initiating chargebacks, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or providing false information during KYC verification.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's communication channels to threaten, harass, or abuse 999ra staff or other Players.

All content on the 999ra Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, audio, video, and the overall Platform architecture — is the exclusive property of 999ra or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

999ra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the 999ra Platform or its content without the prior written consent of 999ra.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ra's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999ra account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999ra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 999ra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 999ra expressly disclaims liability for:

• Losses arising from your gambling activity on the Platform, including losses on bets, games, or sportsbook wagers.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or cyberattacks beyond 999ra's reasonable control.
• Losses attributable to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate due to a technical error, subject to correction by 999ra.

999ra collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 999ra Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, and payment method information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications. 999ra does not sell personal data to third parties.

999ra is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. We take this seriously and provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity.

11.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Changes to lower limits take effect immediately; increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 999ra Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current gaming session and net win/loss figures.

11.2 Age Restriction

999ra reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 999ra staff or other Platform users

You may close your 999ra account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance — after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations — will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

999ra reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 999ra will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Terms was last updated. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999ra holds its international gaming licence.

14.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim, you are encouraged to contact 999ra's customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage. 999ra aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

14.2 Formal Dispute Escalation

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 999ra's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body and the process for escalation are available on the Platform and may be requested from customer support at any time.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation or class-wide arbitration against 999ra.
